Our occupational therapy program offers outpatient evaluation and treatment services to individuals whose ability to participate in daily tasks has been impacted by injury or illness.

We work with adults of all ages to achieve optimal performance in:

  • Dressing
  • Feeding
  • Toileting
  • Work Tasks
  • Fine Motor Skills
  • Muscle Strength
  • Transferring on and off of furniture and medical equipment

An Occupational Therapist will conduct a thorough diagnostic evaluation and will formulate a treatment plan tailored to your specific needs. Along with treatment, the Occupational Therapist will provide patient and family education to facilitate continued improvement at home. We will work collaboratively with you and your physician to design a program to achieve your functional goals.

Treatments can include:

  • Self Care Training
  • Fine Motor Coordination and Strengthening
  • Perceptual Motor Training
  • Neuromuscular Reeducation
  • Recommendations for Adaptive Equipment and Durable Medical Equipment
