Athletic Training

Athletic training is an aspect of the health field that is concerned with providing services to traditional and nontraditional athletes. Athletic trainers focus on prevention, recognition, evaluation, as well as immediate and secondary care of injuries.‚Äč

Functional Training

Ever wondered what the “buzz” is about functional training? Think about any sport and its movements and you will find that athletic movement incorporates the entire body in coordination and control with dynamic explosiveness. Training should mimic this explosiveness with control and strength. There is no better training than training with purpose and direction. This is what ProCare’s Sports Performance gives you with the professionalism and experience you deserve.
