WHAT we do:
The goal of WorkSTEPS is to create a safer, more productive workplace. The WorkSTEPS program effectively reduces the incidence rate of work related injury, and associated industry cost, achieved through injury prevention and rehabilitation management.
WHY? The importance:
WorkSTEPS developed the program in response to an industry need for reliable, medically safe, legally defensible employment testing programs to assist in reduction of work place injury incidence and associated costs. The program is based upon individualized, objective, scientific data collection and conforms fully to guidelines for application of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Employers utilizing the WorkSTEPS program are experiencing average work injury reductions of 50% during the first year of implementation with continued reductions in the second and third years. Expect these benefits:

HOW it works:
